The team at Carlyle did a wonderful job! I placed an order over the internet. I got a confirmation email and a follow up email that the roses were not in stock asking if I would prefer a substitution to meet the same day delivery or wait until the next day for the roses. Normally florists just substitute and you have no idea that they did. The arrangement was delivered that day and it was beautiful. I will definitely use them again. ---- Florist Response: Thank you !
